Due to the nature of my business which is Made to Order, there is a no returns policy.

However, I will do my best to resolve any issues customers may have with their orders. Please use the (contact form) on my website to advise me of any problems you may have.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

At IconBandwear, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 


 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 


After making the appropriate checks, we will:

 

  • Offer a free replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund

 


 

Defective/Incorrect Product

 

If the customer has received the wrong print and/or garment, or there are marks or stains on the product, a replacement will be arranged free of charge, providing that the customer notifies me of the issue within 7 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that you provide me with a photo of the garment.

In the rare event that the print on a garment shows signs of deteriorating and the print has started to peel or fall away, a replacement will be issued. This can only happen if the garment has been washed at 30 degrees, in accordance with the guidance on the label. Claims can only be made within 60 days of purchase. A photograph must be provided before a replacement can be shipped.

 



Incorrect Size or Change of Mind


As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

 

  • Incorrect size chosen

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

However, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
